Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module solutions based on business requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for order to cash (OTC) processes.
  • Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities such as pricing, billing, shipping, and sales orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with other modules such as Finance (FI), Material Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP).
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and resolution for issues related to OTC processes.
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP SD implementations.
  • Stay updated with SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends in Sales and Distribution.

    Skills Required

    • SAP SD Module: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module configuration and customization.
    • OTC Processes: Understanding of order to cash (OTC) processes including pricing, billing, shipping, and sales orders.
    • SAP Integration: Experience integrating SAP SD with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP) and third-party systems.
    • Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure SAP SD functionalities to meet business requirements.
    • Business Analysis: Strong business analysis skills to gather and analyze business requirements.

    • Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with new SAP functionalities and industry trends.
    • SAP Implementation Methodology: Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies such as ASAP or Activate.
    • Data Migration: Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools for SAP SD implementations.
    • Change Management: Experience with change management processes related to SAP SD configurations.
    • Localization and Globalization: Understanding of SAP SD localization and globalization requirements for multinational companies.
