Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) ERP solutions based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for various modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources, etc.
  • Configure and customize Oracle EBS modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing, Inventory, and HRMS.
  • Integrate Oracle EBS with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and business processes.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on Oracle EBS functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle EBS configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and resolution for issues related to Oracle EBS modules.
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Oracle EBS implementations.
  • Stay updated with Oracle EBS updates, patches, and best practices in ERP implementation.

 

Skills Required

  • Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS): Proficiency in Oracle EBS modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain (Purchasing, Inventory), HRMS, etc.
  • ERP Configuration: Ability to configure and customize Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements.
  • Business Analysis: Strong business analysis skills to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP implementations.
  • Integration: Experience in integrating Oracle EBS with other systems and applications.
  • End-User Training: Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on Oracle EBS functionalities.
  • Documentation: Skill in creating and maintaining documentation for Oracle EBS configurations and processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Proficiency in providing production support and issue resolution for Oracle EBS modules.
  • Testing: Experience in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Oracle EBS.
  • Oracle SQL/PLSQL: Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PLSQL for data querying and customization.
  • Change Management: Understanding of change management processes related to ERP implementations.
  • ERP Best Practices: Familiarity with ERP best practices and industry standards.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex Oracle EBS issues.
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with new Oracle EBS functionalities, updates, and industry trends.
  • Oracle EBS Modules: Specific expertise in modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc., based on the role requirements.
  • Data Migration: Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools for Oracle EBS implementations.
  • Oracle EBS Implementation Methodology: Understanding of Oracle EBS implementation methodologies such as OUM (Oracle Unified Method) or AIM (Application Implementation Method).
