An intermediate level JIRA administrator with 2-3 years of US IT experience and who can work with a team of JIRA admins on day to day customer request.

The key skills are

  • Manage/Configure Atlassian Tools like JIRA, Confluence, Crowd, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Stash, Crucible and Fisheye.
  • Strong experience in JIRA Customization with Issue types, Workflows, Screens, Fields, Permissions, User/Group access controls, Notifications, scheme settings, post functions/validators/conditions with workflow transitions- custom configurations with add-ons/plug-in's, customizations with JIRA code, Jelly services and REST API.
  • Experience with JIRA add-ons like Big Picture, JIRA Agile, Structure, Portfolio, Tempo, Confluence, Zephyr and Gantt for JIRA.
  • Perform Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo) upgrade in test and production environments by backing up database, home directory and installation directory as well as add-ons.
  • Strong knowledge on Atlassian Crowd for central identity management and experience creating users on JIRA Internal Directory, LDAP, Crowd and Active Directory (AI).
  • Work on Build Automation and Continuous Integration tools like ANT, Maven2, Hudson, Jenkins, Bamboo.
  • Experience with Bamboo and Jenkins for continuous integration to setup the nightly builds and for deploying artifacts into corporate archive repository.
  • Experience on complete software development life cycle (SDLC) with software development models like Agile Model & Waterfall Model.
  • BE/BTech or MS in CS, CE, SE, or ECE.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive outlook, interest in adapting to new technologies, a passion for software engineering and the ability to work as part of a team.
